Derek uses GPS location data solely for the purpose of tracking mileage when you actively enable the tracking feature. 8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors for subscriptions). These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

Derek is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
